Question
Has anyone heard of the brand Genesis Today? They sell an Acai Berry 100% Juice at Whole foods. I just want to make sure this is a good brand and not one of the million scam companies out there. It was pretty affordable and the juice looks real (really pulpy and think- dark purple)
Answer
I have not heard of Genesis Today and I don't want to get into a 'pissing match' over whose acai product is better. The bottom line is that the acai berry has been shown to be the highest antioxidant fruit in the world. That is, if you can eat it right off the tree. Living anywhere but in Brazil, this is impossible. The next best thing is to find a company who has a patent-pending process of freeze drying the fruit to lock in and stabilize its nutritious benefits. The only company who has done this is Mona Vie. Do your own research and you will find the same thing. Permalink:
