HI there. I've tried a few diet pills and they don't work. Over the past couple of years I spent a couple of hundred pound on them and none of them worked. The only way I have lost weight is doing weight watchers points, exercise and drinking plenty of water. I have also got the wii fit which is fantastic and works on muscle workouts, yoga, balance and cardio. I work out 30mins 3 times a week. It's fantastic and since firday last week I've lost 7lbs. Please spend your money on new clothes for a nite out or just to cheer yourself up with the weight you lose on weight watchers.
